Publications
Lavinia is Founder and Director of EPS (2006), and then TMW (2020). She has done considerable research, like Anna, and is keen to promote a healthy positive language around Mental Health and Autism. She writes a log of blogs for both companies, as well as designing training packages, and supporting Anna with TMW research. Lavinia also does the bespoke Parental Training better known as The Expert Parent Program.
Director
John is Our newest Director of EPS (2023), John's passion for developing EPS for the better drives him. He's looking forward to helping Lavinia spread her unique message, changing the way Professionals and Parents see and work with Mental Health & Autism.
Researcher
Anna is our Researcher and spends much of her time trawling through anomenized data to pick out trends and patterns that will help us understand our Autistic community better. She also works on commissioned research, as well as our ongoing current project of interest which is a 25yr longitudinal study
Media
Yasmin is our Digital Media and Content Creator. She films all of our training content for schools, workplaces and parents around Mental Health and Autism, including ADHD and PDA. She also serves as our resident young person giving vital and honest view points that our young people face. She is proudly Autistic and prides herself on being open and honest with this.
