Training

We offer a variety of courses around Mental Health and Neurodiverse training. This is for professionals working in Security and Policing, Education, Health, Social Work, Adoption and Fostering, Youth Offenders. We also provide a bespoke training package for parents and carers who are supporting young people at home who are neurodivergent and struggling with anxiety where their behaviour might be self-harming, absconding, physically aggressive, or criminal

Research

We are always doing further research around our specialist areas in a determined effort to be more informed which allows us to bring more knowledge to professionals and carers in their respective roles. Our anonymised data adds to that knowledge in picking out trends and patters that help us understand our neurodivergent community even more so. Some of the research becomes publications, some are uploaded to our Patreon and Word Press accounts, as well as implemented into our training modules.

Publications

We have a number of publications and blogs that promote a healthy positive language about Mental Health (anxiety, depression) and neurodiversity (Autism, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, Attention Deficit Disorder, Pathological Demand Avoidance, Oppositional Defiance Disorder). Within both areas, there are smaller topics that relate to both different types of anxiety (e.g. Panic Disorder, Social Phobia, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, loss of capacity, Emotional Blueprint) or related to neurodiversity (e.g. Rejection Sensitivity, Sensory Processing, the need for movement, the need for time).

Media

Online presence is the way we spread the word across the world and we are frequently uploading information around Mental Health and neurodiverse profiles. Our team are all neurodiverse with different experiences and perspectives that allows us greater opportunity to help others further understand  how broad our knowledge needs to be when supporting others with anxiety when they struggle with their own neurodivergent profile. We  have a wide coverage across social media (e.g. LinkedIn, Instagram, Tik Tok, Patreon, WordPress, YouTube).
